Amaranto di Fior di Loto is a product that is used for soups, croquettes, sweet or savory pies. It is also excellent associated with other cereals. Even just for its properties it can be added to any cereal-based preparation: alone it can complete a soup, with rice it makes the dish more crunchy, with wheat it becomes a nutritious dish, it sweetens barley and spelled while with millet it becomes almost a cream on which to spread vegetables, or legumes. Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources.
